Attentive and caring staff throughout my stay.

I was disappointed with the pillows in my room. they were far too soft for my liking, which made for a restless night’s sleep. Additionally, the Wi-Fi information was not provided during check-in, leaving me in the dark without a reliable connection. I expected better, considering how highly others speak of the hotel.

I had a wonderful stay where I was able to stroll to beautiful parks like Children's Park and Rose Rudman Park, both within just a 5-minute drive, making my weekend truly enjoyable, and the friendly staff even suggested nearby dining options like Steak 'n Shake, which was delicious and just a short walk away.

Excellent service, excellent room. the staff consistently demonstrated a high level of hospitality, proactively engaging guests and addressing any concerns, while the Double Queen Room was clean with great amenities, including free Wi-Fi and air conditioning, all conveniently located just 13 km from the nearest airport.

I had a great experience checking in. The staff was friendly and allowed us to check in early. We got hypoallergenic pillows without asking. The room was clean, and they checked to see if we needed anything during our stay. I appreciated their attentiveness as a single traveler who often seeks comfort when away from home.
